Jan Heybroek, President of The Arcas Group, presented on the topic of Working with Physician Advisors – The New Paradigm. The event was succesfully hosted by the Southeastern Medical Devices Association (SEMDA – www.semda.net) on November 11, 2008 at Mercer University in Atlanta, and had a record attendance.
Jerri Davis, Corporate Legal and Regulatory Compliance Manager for Porex Corporation provided the regulartory perspective for a device manufacturer, while Jan focused his presentation on the strategically leveraging your relationships with physicians, in whichever capacity (e.g. customer, investigator, advisor). An interactive panel discussion with excellent questions from the audience followed both presentations.
